This policy applies to:

CODE OF CONDUCT

a. Professional Behavior:

All staff must act with integrity, honesty, and professionalism while representing the company.

b. Anti-Discrimination:

Discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, religion, age, or disability is strictly prohibited.

c. Conflict of Interest:

Employees must avoid situations where personal interests conflict with company interests.

ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY

  • Work hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • Repeated lateness or unexplained absences may result in disciplinary action.

DATA PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

a. Client Confidentiality:

All client data must be handled with strict confidentiality and not disclosed to any unauthorized party.

b. NDAs:

Employees may be required to sign non-disclosure agreements.

CYBERSECURITY

a. System Access:

Only authorized personnel may access the company's platforms and systems.

b. Password Policy:

All employees must use strong passwords and update them regularly.

c. Security Incidents:

Any security breach or data leak must be reported immediately to the IT department.

USE OF COMPANY RESOURCES

Company-provided tools, emails, devices, and platforms are to be used strictly for business purposes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software, code, designs, and digital products developed during company projects remain the property of Abu-Abdurrahman CodeVerge Technology LTD.

SOCIAL MEDIA & PUBLIC COMMUNICATION

Employees must not post sensitive company or client information on social media. Any public statements must be authorized by the management.

DISCIPLINARY ACTION

Violations of this policy may result in warnings, suspension, or termination, depending on the severity of the misconduct.

POLICY REVIEW

This policy will be reviewed annually or when major organizational changes occur.
